Calvin and Stefan, here are the 7 targets that we discussed in Wednesday's session at GBC. Please feel free to comment, or call me if you have any question/concern (416) 783-3265. {Yes, we discussed 6 and I threw in #7 as a BONUS :}
The overall goal is to present to Hospice Experts and Paul Fleming from 10am to noon - lunch to follow - on Tues. Feb 1st the "look and feel" of the web site for all the different types of content. Therefore I suggest these targets are completed by Monday Jan. 31st and demonstrated using GoToMeeting to Juliet and I. - Please propose a time.
Targets:
1) To demonstrate how a Video Box will be displayed and operated.
NOTE: Pre-requisite By Friday 28th.
Calvin to ensure that Owen has provided working access to one or two video assets. and confirm that they operate using Google Chrome (or other browser).
2) To demonstrate how the user will activate a transcript, and how it will unfold and be displayed.
3) To demonstrate how an Audio Box and its attributes will be displayed.
4) To demonstrate how the Guide Character be displayed.
Note: Pre-requisite - Calvin will obtain from Lucas Brownell (contact info in his Blog) digital files for the 2 preferred Guide Characters as noted in
Gaming content
5) To demonstrate how Bill's most recent sketch will be displayed.
6) To demonstrate how "Learning Objectives" and "Quotations" sections will be displayed.
If you are aware of any other icons that the Hospice Team can use, this will be a BONUS!!
7) BONUS !! To demonstrate the display of the logo for Hospice Association of Ontario at the top left corner of the Home web page.
Seriously guys, the project team recognizes that achieving these 6 targets is critical to moving forward. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you hit any major obstacles.
